The only way you are going to free the town of Miranda, Free the Haunted Skyway and allow death to take Captain Blood is to retrieve Blood's hand and lay his cards. You are sent to El Toro who tells you that his hand is in a lake, in gold creek.
Once you have retrieved his hand, it is time to venture into the town (which is a 1 Hour+ Dungeon) of Miranda.
