Strategy:

With only one additional Epic besides Cheap Shot, the Yakooza is not such a great companion. You can either give him Relentless or Flanking, as both are good options here. Relentless is good for occasionally getting an extra hit in, which can trigger off of either his normal hit or Cheap Shot. As he is recruited on a Swashbuckler, Flanking is another viable option. Have him flank with your Pirate, or another companion each turn, and he will be guaranteed an additional hit each round! However, as a Flanking hit is weaker than a Relentless hit, I'd suggest just choosing Relentless - he's second-page material either way, but you want each companion to be the best they can be, right?
