Bonnie Anne is specifically known for one of her Epics: Burst Fire. Giving her up to Burst Fire 2 is a must for her, and, besides that Epic, she has a couple of other good ones to choose from. Ignoring Return Fire, whose activation rate is incredibly low, there's still Quick Draw and Overwatch. Many players choose to give her one tier of each, allowing her to get some extra hits in aside from her normal attacks and Burst Fires.
A different route is to give her Burst Fire 2 and Quick Draw 2. With Nausica now in the arena, however, this build has become far less common as when Musketeers were dominating PvP. However, if you know that the opponent will not be using Nausica or if you are simply facing difficult Musketeer enemies in PvE, Quick Draw 2 is a great choice. Bonnie Anne is, nonetheless, a great companion that is well rounded enough to be the firstmate of any of your characters. Combined with her powers that allow her to reduce enemies' dodge and heal you or your companions, she is certainly a large threat in any battle.
