Strategy:

Nurse Quinn wouldn't be such a bad companion, except she's a melee Witchdoctor. Her and Doctor Noh are the only two melee companions of this class in the entire game thus far, and don't do too well currently. This means that their Accuracy (which is naturally low to compensate for most Witchdoctor companions' high base hit rate) will be factored in normally, as if she was a Privateer, Buccaneer, Swashbuckler, etc. Additionally, she can't train Accuracy, so it will be even lower than normal. You're looking at around 85 at Level 65, which means that it will be nearly impossible to hit Swashbucklers, difficult to hit Buccaneers and Privateers, and occasionally Musketeers and Witchdoctors will dodge her attacks, too.

Your best bet is to give her Relentless (Flanking works fine, too, as Swashbucklers recruit her. If you want to make her a companion that will finish off enemy units, feel free to give her Blade Storm!), but she only trains one Epic. As her chance of actually landing a hit is fairly low, you won't see it activating too often, anyway. I strongly suggest keeping her on your second page, but, if she does join a fight, make use of her as much as you can. She has a heal - use it! If one of your fragile companions, or yourself, is down to low Health, use her to heal them up. You may even consider keeping her on the edge of the fight so not too much attention is drawn to herself, allowing her to use her heal when necessary. Don't worry if she is defeated often - not every companion can be great, but use them to their highest potential!

Note: Be sure to train as many tiers of Spooky as you can on her. It will make her heal more effective!
